After our daughter passed on Valentine's Day of 2018, we wanted to do something that would keep her memory alive, while serving others. Hence, we created Leah's Legacy bag.

Our Operations center
The operations center was built in 2020. We have moved all of the the bag items given in a purple drawstring bag into our new facility, along with Procter & Gamble shampoos, conditioners and assorted items, Wet hairbrushes, new towels and big comfy throws, plus Bombas socks.

We are a mini bakery located inside Leah's Gathering Place in Greencastle, PA.
Our specialty is decorated iced sugar cookies - colorful and meticulously designed in a variety of shapes and themes.
Hi. I'm Leah's Mom - Robin Straley, baker and decorator.
I always was intrigued with decorated sugar cookies and tried and failed many, many times until recently. With a $50 cookie camp class and plenty of research, I was well on my way. But it did not come easily. It required lots and lots of practice and countless hours of watching YouTube videos to learn about the beloved rolled sugar cookie and how to master royal icing consistencies. Many times I would post pictures of my latest sugar cookie design and the orders would pour in. So, when the unexpected opportunity came for Leah's Legacy foundation to purchase a small modular home only two houses down from our home, Leah's Gathering Place was not a dream anymore, but a reality, with a quaint kitchen to house a bakery.
Our first bake shop opening was on Dec. 18, 2021. Our first Christmas season of 2021 was a huge success.... 850 decorated sugar cookies, 900 regular cookies and 16 cakes were sold. We are so grateful to all our many supporters and sponsors. All proceeds benefit the Leah's Legacy foundation - "Providing necessities, cheer and love to women in sober living recovery."

$45 dozen
Custom orders and larger quantities require 4-6 weeks advance notice. Additional costs may occur if specific cookie cutters need purchased. To have your cookies bagged and bowed, I charge $3.50 per dozen.
